1. Cancellation by Parents

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

2. Absences

No refunds for missed days unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Service Disruptions

If we cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
